Headwaters of the Upper Truckee, and oh yeah, my temp summer office. On the #pct
Getting a little grubby around here. Tied up a dozen of Frank Sawyer’s Killer Bug for a “2 ingredient swap.” Copper wire as thread, and alpaca blend yarn. Elegance in simplicity, plus they just work. #flytying #flyfishing

A dozen furled leaders for a good friend. 6 and 9 ft lengths using 3 different materials. So much fun to put these together #flyfishing

One of my favorite pix when approaching Lake Morena (3/20/21) #pct2021
Currently in Warner Springs and need a ride to Temecula. Ideas? Know anyone? Suggestions? Please DM. #pct2021
